2009 UHRGC Additional Order Info
 

I didn't feel right with my order indicating "suspended", so I called the mint.

She said they have been having problems with the online servers, and some were being kicked out or suspended.

She said those with this designation should call the mint and reorder ASAP.

And yes, I was put at the back of the line. 30875xxx:banghead:

Still set to ship on the 6th (supposedly)

Thanks for the info Mark. I am in the same boat, "suspended" mode. So I went ahead and called. Just got off the phone now, was on hold for most of the time.

The woman who answered the call was very polite and helpful, but she didn't know what to do, so she put me on hold and asked her supervisor. The first supervisor didn't even know what to do, so she found another supervisor, and I waited a bit more.

Finally she told me that they received a ton of Internet orders, so they have to look at each one of them (for some reason). I told her about your experience (having to reorder) and she said her supervisor told her that I don't need to do so, but to keep checking my order status every day. At some point it should get resolved. I spent around 1/2 hour on hold in all.

Very strange, I must say. But I'll sit back and wait to see what happens.

I sure hope she didn't put me at the back of the line for no reason other than ignorence.

Last thing I would want is to give a GIM'r bad information

She told me I was lucky I called or I would be waiting "forever"

It's the quantity minted and being at the end of the line that concerns me.

If the price goes down and I am out of the window, I will be dissapointed I didn't hold.
